I have learned a great deal from the fears, tears joys and courage of others as well as my own journey. I am good at opening conversations and sensing where they need to go and holding a space for what is important for you to share. Seeing a counsellor requires courage and to be vulnerable. That is the same courage that can help you make meaningful changes in yourself and in your life. Every step toward knowing yourself better is a journey worth taking. Counselling can be a refreshing experience where you can talk, laugh cry and be heard without judgement. A place to question and dissolve limited beliefs about yourself. It can be a special time to reconnect to your own magnificence and to what makes your life meaningful.
